Installing Google Analytics for Webflow

How to Setup Google Analytics

1. Sign up for Google Analytics: If you don't already have an account, visit the Google Analytics website and sign up.

2. Create an Account: Under Admin, select Create, then select Account and give your Account a name.

3. Set Up a Property: Click next to add a property to the account. Under Data Collection, choose the Web platform option.

4. Copy Your Measurement ID: Copy the string of letters and numbers under Measurement ID. It should start with ‘G-’.

Adding Google Analytics to Your Webflow Site

Installation Steps

1. Access Your Webflow Dashboard: Log into your Webflow account and select the site you want to track.

2. Navigate to Project Settings: Go to your site's settings by clicking on the 'Settings' tab.

3. Find the Integrations Section: In the settings menu, locate and click on the 'Apps & Integrations' tab.

4. Insert Your Google Analytics Tracking Code: Paste your Measurement ID into the Measurement ID field under Google Analytics.

5. Save Changes and Publish Your Site: Select Save Changes in the top right corner of the section, then publish your site. Google Analytics will start collecting data from your site as soon as it goes live.
