1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Curio SEO Manager ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is provided by Curio Digital ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Curio SEO Manager is a Webflow Designer Extension that allows users to view and edit page-level SEO metadata (meta titles, descriptions, and Open Graph images) within the Webflow Designer interface.

3. Requirements

You must have an active Webflow account and an active Webflow site to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Webflow account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for managing SEO metadata on Webflow sites you own or have authorization to edit. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose\

5. Data and Content

All SEO metadata edited through the App is written directly to your Webflow site via the Webflow Designer API. You are solely responsible for the content you enter, including meta titles, descriptions, and image URLs. We do not review, moderate, or store your content.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use theThe App, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Xander Corp (D.B.A Curio Digital). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Webflow configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curio Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
